R-KEX II POST-INSTALL REBAR
Chemická kotva na bázi čisté epoxidové pryskyřice 3:1 pro trhlinový i netrhlinový beton

Funkce:
- Nejsilnější pryskyřice ve třídě epoxidové pryskyřice
- Certifikováno pro použití v kombinaci s armovacími tyčemi v netrhlinovém betonu (ETAG001 Varianta 7)
- Vhodné pro použití v suchých a mokrých substrátech, stejně pro díry a substráty pokryté vodou
- Vysoká hloubka kotvení - 2,5 m pro výztužové aplikace
- Velmi vysoká chemická odolnost - vhodné pro aplikace vystavené působení různých činidel (průmyslové nebo mořské prostředí)
- Minimální smrštění poskytuje možnost použití v otvorech vrtaných diamantových vrtákem
- Prodloužená doba lepení zajišťuje snadnou instalaci kovových komponentů (až 30 min. Do 20 ° C)
- Pro použití v teplotách nad bodem mrazu

Způsob montáže










1. Vyvrtáme otvor vhodného průměru a hloubky
2. Odstraníme vrtnou drť z otvoru pomocí čtyřnásobného použití ruční pumpičky a kartáče. Tyto úkony jsou před instalací nutné.
3. Umístíme kartridži v dávkovači a připevníme míchací trysku
4. Na začátku dávkování z nového obalu odstraníme část pryskyřice, tak, abychom získali stejnou barvu směsi.
5. Pryskyřicí vyplníme 2/3 hloubky otvoru ode dna.
6. Okamžitě vložte výztuhy, pomalu s lehkým točivým pohybem. Odstraňte veškerou přebývající pryskyřici kolem otvoru, než se nastaví a nechá v klidu, dokud nevytvrdne.
